Who we are
This website belongs to Punto de Mariscos Cabrera, a restaurant in Cabrera, Dominican Republic. You can contact us by phone at +1 849-568-5063.
What we collect
We only collect personal data when you send a reservation request: your name, phone number, email address, the date, time and party size you request, and any notes you write.
Why we use it
We use these details only to review your request, contact you to confirm or decline it, and serve you on the day of your visit. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in our website database at our web hosting provider (whose servers may be located outside the Dominican Republic) and are sent by email to the restaurant inbox.
How long we keep it
Reservation requests are deleted automatically 180 days after the requested date. To block spam, we keep a one-way, non-reversible code derived from your internet address for one hour; we do not store the address itself.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not set cookies for visitors and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from our own server. A Google map is loaded only if you click “Load map”, and WhatsApp links open WhatsApp (a Meta service) only if you choose to use them.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by calling us. We will respond in line with Dominican data-protection law (Law 172-13).
